Machine Features
1. 4 spindles are synchronously controlled by YASKAWA FCS (Fieldbus Control System) and kinematics accuracy can be controlled within 0.01mm. The state-of –the-art controller of MECHATROLINK-II is employed to equip the winding machine.
2. All the key parts are imported from Japan, Italy and US including YASKAWA servo system，SKF bearing ,Unitta Belts，SUNX sensor and CKD/SMC Pneumatic parts.
3. The spindle speed can be up to 20，000RPM.The cycle time of typical coil can be controlled within 30 seconds,
4. With the adoption of Meteor’s special software of winding machine, various kinds of winding with high difficulties can be realized. The interface is in Chinese and English version is optional. The operation is extremely easy, even for people who have never used Meteor Software before. Memory Size is128 K and can be expanded to 2G in removal USB .More than 60 programs can be stored and called directly.
5. The following winding parameters can be displayed on the monitor: model #, products name and related program name, executing state, Spindle speed, production quantities, number of loops,error description and etc.
6. The concept of DFM has been fully applied to the winding machine. So it has compact structure, high rigidity, high intensity and maintenance friendly. .
7. Optimized design of winding fixture for quick changeover.
8. It is applicable for large-amount winding for small and medium-sized bobbins with high precision and high efficiency ,such as Relay, Inverter transformer, Ignition coil, Solenoid, ,Stepping motor, Switching coil, Car meter coil, etc.
